AC service tuned to Wellington Aero Club

The Wellington Aero Club is one of the most unique residential communities in Florida and the AC work reflects it. Most homes here are 5,000 to 12,000 square foot custom builds with attached aircraft hangars, so we’re sizing systems for living spaces and conditioning hangar offices and pilot lounges at the same time. The cooling loads run high, the ceilings run tall, and the equipment has to be quiet enough that a Sunday afternoon by the runway still feels like a Sunday afternoon.

Our Aero Club work leans heavily on multi zone variable speed equipment, Daikin Fit and Lennox SL series, paired with properly designed returns and balanced ductwork. We pull permits through the Village of Wellington Building Department, coordinate with the Aero Club’s architectural review when needed, and schedule around your flying calendar.
