Catch small problems before they become big bills.
Florida’s heat and humidity push residential AC systems hard. Routine maintenance is the single best thing you can do to extend equipment life and keep your electric bill in check.
Florida is the harshest residential AC environment in the country. Run hours per year are roughly double what a system in the Northeast sees, the humidity feeds biofilm growth on the evaporator coil 12 months a year, and the salt air east of US 1 corrodes aluminum and copper at a rate that surprises homeowners every time. Maintenance isn’t optional here it’s the difference between getting 15 years out of a system and getting 8.
Our maintenance plan is built around two visits per year: a spring tune up that gets the system ready for the brutal cooling load ahead, and a fall visit that catches whatever six months of full load operation broke loose. Each visit is a 21 point precision tune up: coils chemically cleaned, condensate line flushed and treated, capacitor microfarads verified, refrigerant pressures checked against the data plate, electrical connections torqued, blower amps measured, and the whole thing documented.
Plan members get priority scheduling (no waiting behind non members in a heat wave), 15% off any repair that comes out of the inspection, and locked in pricing for the year. Most of our long time Palm Beach Gardens, Boca Raton and Wellington customers have been on it for 10+ years and it’s the reason their systems are still running on the original compressor.
Twice a year once in spring before peak cooling, once in fall. Florida run hours are roughly double what a Northern system sees, and the humidity makes evaporator coil cleaning critical. One visit a year isn’t enough here.
Maintenance is the routine 21 point visit (spring + fall). A tune up is the same checklist done on a specific complaint usually after a long period without service or when efficiency is noticeably down.
Yes. Our Comfort Club plan covers two visits per year, priority scheduling, 15% off repairs, and no overtime charges on emergency calls. Most of our long time customers are on it.
