Spring tune up (before peak cooling): coil cleaning, refrigerant pressures, capacitor microfarad test, electrical inspection, drain line flush, filter replacement.

Fall tune up: same checks plus heat strip testing (for heat pumps), thermostat calibration, and air handler inspection.
