We define a true emergency as: no cooling in extreme heat (especially with elderly residents, infants, or pets in the home), water leaking from the indoor unit into the ceiling or walls, any electrical issue (smell of burning, breaker tripping repeatedly, sparking at the disconnect), or refrigerant odor inside the home. Those calls get dispatched immediately, day or night.

After hours rates are higher than standard hours there’s no honest way around that, the techs are getting overtime but we publish the rate upfront when you call so there are no surprises on the invoice. For most emergencies the truck stock can solve it on the first visit: capacitors, contactors, fan motors, blower motors, float switches and condensate clearing are all on board.
