Once we know the cause, you get a flat rate quote in writing before we touch the system. You decide what to fix. Most of the common failures capacitors, contactors, fan motors, float switches, condensate clogs are stocked on the truck and resolved on the first visit. For larger jobs (compressor, coil, refrigerant leak with major recovery) we’ll quote the repair against a clean replacement so you can decide with full information.
